Music
Music is our way as people to touch the very heart of God. He loves to hear our praise and desires our sincere worship. Our desire and goal at CBC is that of Psalm 66:2 to “Sing forth the honor of His name” and to “make his praise glorious”.
Ways to Serve in our Music Ministry:
Adult Choir – On Sunday morning and Sunday evening our choir ministers in song to prepare hearts for the preaching of God’s word. We practice on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m.
Children’s Choirs – There are many different opportunities for your children to get involved. We have many choirs for all ages including (k4 – 6th grade). For more information contact Andrea Strachan at astrachan@cbcashland.org
Teen Choir & Ensemble – Our Refuge teens minister to our congregation during special services and events. For more information contact Pastor Justin at jgailey@cbcashland.org
Orchestra – Our orchestra is made up of brass and string instruments. They have the opportunity to accompany our pianist during our morning worship.
Special Music – Weekly in our services, we give soloist, quartets, and ensembles the opportunity to sing praise to God.
